These are the first choice for anyone doing a lot of popsicles in their freezer. Mini-mold popsicles are much easier to make, and look really good. Mini-mold popsicles are also easier to defrost in less time than regular popsicles.

To choose a mini-mold popsicle mold, the first thing to do is look at the size. Any mold that is too small will be hard to pull out of the freezer, and a larger size will produce too large a popsicle.

You should also decide on whether you want a traditional mold or one with a hole. The traditional molds will give you larger popsicles in less time than you can cook them, and more easily defrost.

If you have a mini-mold popsicle mold, the size of your popsicles will generally depend on the size of the hole in the mold.

If you decide to go with a traditional mold, you will want to read the maker’s manual and follow the instructions carefully, just like you would with any other food.
