If you're serious about baking, you may be looking for the best baking mat or mat set. If you've been following our blog over the years, you'll recognize our baking mat testing process, which we've refined over the years. We test a new mat each year, testing 15 mats in different parts of the U.S. and in different types of climates. We also test multiple cleaning methods, such as washing in hot soapy water and washing with dishwasher soap. For 2019, we broke our testing process down by testing 12 mats for performance, including their nonstick performance, ease of use and appearance.
